Shipping Policy

In-stock products are generally shipped out via USPS within 48 hours after payment has been processed. We work 9am to 5pm Pacific Time M-F. Our policy states to allow 1-2 business days for fulfillment which is in place to give Cosset Wellness time to process all orders during times of higher volume. Please note that if you order on a Friday, the order will not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. For faster shipping, we recommend ordering towards the beginning of the week.

We have two different methods of shipping:
1. Standard (3-5 days) $4.99
2. Free Shipping (Orders over $79.99 Qualify)​​

Once your package has shipped you will receive your USPS tracking number via the email connected to your order. Please also note that your shipping time estimate (3-5 business days) begins AFTER your order has shipped from Cosset Wellness.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you feel that you are entitled to a refund on your purchase, please send your unopened order back along with a receipt or proof of purchase from Cosset Wellness within 7 days of receiving your product(s). After that time, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Return Process
Email us at cossetgroupllc@gmail.com ASAP to let us know that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address and a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to cossetgroupllc@gmail.com so we can be on the lookout for it.

Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to post to your statement but we will refund it as fast as we can upon receipt of your return.
